MIIF Lecture Series “ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION AS A CAREER OPPORTUNITY” 2nd Lecture on “Financial Fundamentals for Start-up and Entrepreneurs”

The MUIT Incubation and Innovation Foundation (MIIF) under the Incubation and Innovation lecture series organized its 2nd Lecture on “Financial Fundamentals for Startup and Entrepreneurs” under the theme of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Career Opportunity” on 18th November 2021 at 11:00 AM – 01:00 PM at Maharishi Auditorium, Maharishi University of Information Technology, Lucknow.

CA Pawan Dhawan was the First Guest Speaker of the program and discussed the financial challenges generally faced by startup firms. He has also discussed that how a financial planning should be framed by startup firms for coping with various financial challenges.

CA Tarun Bhatt was the Second Guest Speaker of the event and explained the process of conversion of idea into business establishments. He discussed the types of firms and their legal liabilities, financial documentations and other requirements.
